Changes to the assessment of adult social care
The way in which we assess adult care services is changing. We stopped awarding or reviewing quality ('star') ratings on 30 June 2010 and we are now developing a new system to replace these.

Providers registered under the CSA will continue to be assessed under the CSA until 1 October 2010.
