What do the online communities do?
We run online communities exclusively for providers and commissioners, to gain their feedback on our ideas and draft documents and to collect opinions.
Who can join?
We currently have communities set up for providers and commissioners of:
- NHS services
- adult social care
- independent healthcare
- dental services
- independent ambulance services
These online communities are for providers and commissioners of care services only, but other people can get involved with our work in a number of different ways:
- Find out how to give us feedback about a care service you have used
- Find out how to give us feedback if you are a group representing local people who use care services

A company called Nunwood supports us in managing the Provider Reference Groups. If you would like to register, please click on the links below, which will take you to a sign up page.
